1. The service

AI Learning Platform ("the platform"), operated by Munashe Tech PBC, provides schools in Zimbabwe with a staff workspace for AI-assisted lesson planning, coding and robotics learning content, class insights and related tools for Forms 1–6.

2. Accounts

Staff accounts are for school administrators and teachers. A school administrator registers the school, invites teachers, and is responsible for the activity of accounts under their school. Students sign in with a username and PIN created for them by their school's staff; student accounts belong to the school, which controls and may remove them at any time. Parents do not hold accounts. You must keep sign-in credentials confidential and provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscription and payment

Access for students is billed to the school at USD 2 per student per month. The school chooses the number of student seats and the subscription period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) in the app. Payment is made by EcoCash or bank transfer to the Munashe Tech account details shown in the app, and the school records the transaction reference. Seats are activated once payment is confirmed. Staff accounts are included at no extra cost. Fees are non-refundable once a paid period has started, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other schools' data, no reverse engineering, and no use of the AI features to generate harmful, discriminatory or inappropriate material for a school setting. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

5. AI-generated content

Lesson plans, quizzes and tutor responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Teachers must review all AI-generated content before using it in class. The platform is a teaching aid, not a substitute for professional judgement.

6. School and student data

Each school's data — including student usernames, lesson progress and quiz scores — is accessible only to that student, that school's staff, and platform administrators for operational purposes. We do not sell school, staff or student data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Munashe Tech PBC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your school in the preceding 12 months.
