A certificate for every lesson a student passes.
Every lesson on the platform ends with a test. When a student passes it, a completion certificate is earned for that lesson — unlocked once the school pays USD 10 and our team confirms the payment. Here is exactly how the process works, and how official the certificate is.
From passing a quiz to a printed certificate.
Three steps, all handled inside the school’s workspace. The student never pays and never has to ask for one.
The student passes the lesson
They finish the lesson and score 50% or more on its quiz. The pass is saved automatically — no forms, no marking by hand.
The school pays USD 10
A school admin sends USD 10 by EcoCash or Ecobank transfer and records the transaction reference next to that certificate.
We confirm and it unlocks
Our team checks the payment against the bank statement. Once confirmed, the certificate is unlocked for the student and staff to open and print.
When the payment unlocks a certificate.
A certificate moves through four states. It only becomes printable in the third one — and the student’s pass is never lost along the way.
The student has passed the quiz, so the certificate is reserved for them. It is not printable yet — nothing is charged until the school decides to pay.
The school has paid and entered its reference. The certificate stays locked while our team matches the payment to the school's account.
The payment is verified. The student sees the certificate under “My certificates”, and staff can open and print it or save it as a PDF.
If a reference cannot be matched to a payment, we reject it and say so. The school can correct the reference and resubmit the same certificate — no new charge is created.
Where to send the USD 10
By EcoCash, or by bank transfer to Ecobank Zimbabwe Limited — account name MUNASHE TECH PBC, USD account 5722100007391 (Gweru, 59 6th Street; any branch, branch code 26000). Then enter the transaction reference next to the certificate on the Certificates page so we can match it.

Be clear about what this certificate is.
We would rather tell you plainly than have a parent ask a school later.
Issued by us, not by an exam body
A certificate is issued by AI Learning Platform, powered by Munashe Tech PBC in Gweru. It is our record that a named student completed a specific lesson on our platform and passed its test.
Not a ZIMSEC or Ministry certificate
It is not a ZIMSEC qualification and not a certificate from the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. It does not replace the Junior Certificate, A-Level results, or any national examination, and it does not carry exam credits.
What schools use them for
Parents’ evenings, class award ceremonies, learner portfolios, club and competition evidence, and internal records of what each student has actually completed.
- Every certificate is backed by a real record in our database: the student, the lesson, the quiz score and the date.
- The certificate number can be checked against our records if a parent or another school asks.
- If you need a ZIMSEC qualification, that still comes from ZIMSEC examinations — this platform supports the teaching, it does not award the qualification.
USD 10 per certificate, paid by the school.
Separate from the student seat subscription at USD 2 per student per month. A school only pays for certificates it actually wants to issue.
- One lesson passed, one certificate
- Unlocked after the payment is confirmed
- Print or save as PDF, as many times as needed
- Stays in the student’s account — no expiry
- Students never pay
- The Certificates page lists every pass, with the score and its status.
- The school admin pays USD 10 by EcoCash or Ecobank transfer.
- They enter the transaction reference and record it against that certificate.
- Our team confirms it — the certificate unlocks the moment we do.
Example: 30 certificates in a term = 30 × $10 = $300 USD.
Common questions about certificates.
Does the student pay the USD 10?
No. Students never pay for anything on the platform. The school pays for each certificate, the same way it pays for seats.
Can a student who failed try again?
Yes. Students can retake a quiz as many times as they like, and their best score is kept. Once the best score reaches 50%, the certificate becomes available.
Is it one certificate per lesson?
Yes — one certificate per student per lesson. Passing the same lesson again does not create a second certificate or a second charge.
What if we pay and the reference is wrong?
We reject that request and the school resubmits with the correct reference. The certificate itself is not lost.
Do certificates expire?
No. Once a certificate is confirmed it stays in the student’s account and can be printed again at any time while the school remains on the platform.
Can we print it ourselves?
Yes. Once unlocked, staff and the student can open the certificate and use “Print / save as PDF”. Schools often print them on their own letterhead and sign them before handing them out.
Give every passing student something to show for it.
Register your school, add your students, and certificates start appearing the first time they pass a lesson test.
