How payment works.
USD 2 per student per month, paid by the school. Students never pay.
- Choose how many seats and how many months (1, 3, 6 or 12) in the app.
- Pay Munashe Tech by EcoCash or Ecobank USD transfer.
- Enter the transaction reference on the Seats & billing page.
- Seats are activated once the payment is confirmed — trial limits come off.
Example: 50 students for 3 months = 50 × $2 × 3 = $300 USD. Staff accounts are included at no extra cost.
Common things schools ask.
Do students need an email address or a phone?
No. Students sign in with a username and a 6-digit PIN made by their teacher. Only staff accounts use email.
What happens when a student forgets their PIN?
A teacher or school admin opens the Students page, clicks New PIN and gives the student a fresh 6-digit code.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every new school gets 30 days free for one class of up to 40 students, with no card details required.
Is our school’s data shared with other schools?
No. Each school’s students, lesson progress and quiz scores are visible only to that school’s staff and platform administrators.
